Mens Programme (30 days)

What is it?

A 30-day programme designed to cultivate awareness and generate a ‘big shift’ towards optimal mental health.

Each day will have you answer a question that in turn you share and discuss with a ‘Programme Buddy’ or professional.

During the program you will explore:

what it means to be a man
childhood
relationships [with family, work, lovers, social, yourself]
addictions [if any]
routines
career & hobbies
negative thought patterns

Programme Buddy or Professional

To do this programme you need someone else to help you. You have multiple options:

  • Find aprogramme buddy’. This is someone who has done the programme themselves. (See a list of programme buddies in the workbook). Cost: Free.
  • Find a qualified coach or therapist that will support you. This kind of support has a different feel to it. You will be doing sessions alongside the programme which might be preferred. (See a list of professionals in the workbook). Cost: Ask practitioner for fees.
  • Find a friend who also wants to complete the programme and do it together. Cost: Free.
